Job Description
Plan the test program, ensure the test workflow is executed effectively and reports are completed, track and verify issues, and propose improvement suggestions.
Based on company goals and product requirements, product quality is confirmed through testing.
Collaborate with team members, provide appropriate information and suggestions, and achieve project goals.
Resolving internal and cross-departmental issues through communication and coordination.
In accordance with departmental development goals, implement an educational and training plan to enhance self-ability.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
Language: Chinese, English
At least 5 years RF testing/design experience
At least 4 years Cellular related product testing/design experience
Familiar with RF equipment, including spectrum, NA, SA and RF auto tester
Familiar with RF performance testing software
Familiar with RF 3GPP standard and analyzing testing report
Co-working with the other functional team
Learning wireless related technology know how
